Open Positions
Lead development of core autonomy algorithms for GPS-denied navigation and multi-agent coordination on Aegis OS.
Develop reinforcement learning models for adversarial adaptation in contested environments. Publish and patent novel approaches.
Design and implement real-time embedded software for autonomous platform avionics and sensor fusion systems.
Plan and execute flight test campaigns for V-Strike and Phantom Wing. Analyze data and drive rapid iteration cycles.
Manage complex DoD acquisition programs from proposal through contract execution. Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS required.
Build the autonomy stack for Sentinel Node — terrain navigation, obstacle avoidance, and multi-vehicle coordination.
Research and implement safety constraints, interpretability tools, and human oversight mechanisms for autonomous weapons systems.
Build high-fidelity simulation environments for training and testing Aegis OS. Experience with Unreal Engine or similar required.
